Return & Refund Policy
Returns We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at thepetperchinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Exceptions The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g. pet food, treats)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thepetperchinfo@gmail.com with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Sale Items Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
