At The Pet Perch, we process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible so your furry friend doesn't have to wait! Here is everything you need to know about our shipping rates, delivery times, and fulfillment process.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer fast, tracked shipping across the United Kingdom. All orders are processed with tracking provided directly to your email.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and apply to mainland UK orders.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Dispatch Window: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day.

• Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking link.

Address Changes & Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout! If you notice an error in your address, email us immediately at support@shopthepetperch.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered our dispatch pipeline, we are unable to alter the shipping destination, and The Pet Perchcannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Parcels

• Postal Delays: While most parcels arrive within 48 hours, occasional local courier delays can occur due to peak postal periods or weather events. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 business days of receiving your tracking link, please contact us.

• Missing Items: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, check with household members or neighbors first. If it remains missing, reach out to support@shopthepetperch.com and we will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf to arrange a replacement.
